Provided that the possibility of entering personal or business details (i.e. e-mail addresses, names, addresses) exists within the internet offer, the disclosure of such data on the part of the user is done on an expressly voluntary basis. The use and payment of all offered services are permitted – if and so far technically possible and reasonable – without specification of any personal data or under specification of anonymised data or an alias. For the collection, processing and utilisation of your personal data we respect the data protection laws of the EU and the Federal Republic of Germany. Prior to the initial application each processing of personal data is critically reviewed by our data protection officer. Our employees are bound to maintain the secrecy of data and obtain the necessary education on data protection. In so far as we engage third parties to process data, they shall be contractually committed to observe our data protection standards and to preserve the confidentiality. The compliance to these directives is checked by our data protection officer irregularly. Especially the laws of § 11 of the German Data Protection Act (collection, processing and use of personal data) are respected and implemented by all employees.

When you have submitted personal data to us, we do not use these for advertising purposes. Only when you have given us your permission in advance we will use this data to inform you about new services. Your cancellation will be saved immediately in our database and from that point on, we will not send you any advertisement anymore.

So you do not have to worry that we submit data such as your address, e-mail address to companies, which send you advertisements. Exceptionally, according to legal regulations or judicial decisions we can be forced to provide some personal data to government agencies. In this case you can trust in the fact, that we critically checked the admissibility of the transmission of your data before.
