In comprehensive environmental impact assessments often also current stock-takings of the abiotic assets "soil", "water", "air" and "noise" take place at the planning location. The question for example whether it is not residual waste areas always arises often on old industry locations. Corresponding care then has to be put on the soil analyses. OECOS GmbH also takes partial orders in the context of environmental impact assessments for the stock-taking of the abiotic assets. However OECOS most often does not conduct this work with own staff. We rather cooperate with companies, specialized in these tasks which have both the informed staff and the laboratory capacities. OECOS GmbH then takes on the coordination as well as the quality control of the performances.
